That means you have to tell the people working in the emergency centre exactly what has happened. There is report model which tells you step by step what you have to say on the phone. Its good to know it by heart, because in this way people at the emergency centre can react better. Now read the text An emergency call on page 23 in the PB once more. The man at the emergency centre uses the report model and asks Pat Edwards the questions in special order. Read the steps below and try to put them in the correct order. Write them down on the lines given.
